Recovery desk

Recovery is part of the program.

Rest is not an empty space between meaningful sessions. It is where the body interprets training and where attention returns to the rest of life.

Recovery is multi-dimensional

Sleep opportunity

Regular time for sleep supports concentration, mood and physical adaptation. Look for patterns rather than a single score.

Low-intensity movement

Easy walking, mobility or relaxed cycling can help maintain rhythm without adding another hard demand.

Psychological space

Rest also means reducing decision load and creating enough calm to notice how you actually feel.

A useful boundary

Persistent exhaustion, chest symptoms, fainting, unexplained pain or major changes in sleep deserve professional attention rather than a harder plan.
